Chris Payne is a British orchestral composer for film & television; he was a former session musician for the Gary Numan Band. Classically trained, Chris has recorded & conducted the LSO & Prague Philharmonic Orchestras. Chris has dedicated his time to managing the groups Celtic Legend & Eden. Chris secured credits for both1979’s The Pleasure Principle and 1980’s Telekon as well as other contributions to Gary’s other albums. Chris also co-write what was to become a sound track of the 80s Visage’s hit, Fade To Grey, sharing writing credits with both Midge Ure and Billy Currie of Ultravox. Chris was also a member of the band Dramatis. Dramatis formed after Gary Numan quit touring, Gary’s backing band got together to form a five piece electronic pop outfit Dramatis, released an LP called "For Future Reference".
