To celebrate its 20th Anniversary, MTV has compiled dozens of the music videos which have aired on the ubiquitous music cable channel. This particular collection is devoted to the very diverse group of musicians who exist under the wide umbrella of pop music. The 15 videos, all of which are considered by the MTV staff to be innovative and ground breaking examples of the art form, include Gary Numan's New Wave classic Cars, Aqua's playful Barbie Girl, and Lisa Stansfield's sophisticated All Around the World.
