If your settings are to block cookies, you will need to do the following:
To customize your privacy settings for individual Web sites
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Privacy tab.
Click Edit.
In the Address of Web site box, type the complete address of the Web site
for which you want to specify custom privacy settings.
Click Allow to always allow cookies from these forums to be saved on your
computer.
Versions 5, 5.01, and 5.5 - Windows Users
If your settings are to block cookies, you will need to do the following:
Click Tools, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
Click on Internet, and then click Custom Level.
Under Cookies, choose the option that says, Prompt before accepting
cookies or Always accept cookies, click OK.
Versions 3 and 4 - Windows Users
Click View, click Internet Options, and then click the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the yellow exclamation icon under Security, under Cookies,
check the box that says, Prompt before accepting cookies or Always
accept cookies, and then click OK.
Versions 3 and 4 - Mac OS Users
Choose Preferences from the Edit menu.
In the left panel of the Preferences window, under the Receiving Files
section, select Cookies.
Make sure that the When receiving cookies pop-up menu is set to Never
ask if you don't want to be prompted.
Click the OK button to save your preferences.
Netscape Browsers
Version 6 - Windows Users
Click on the Edit menu on the Netscape tool bar.
Highlight and click on Preferences at the bottom of the Edit menu.
In Category sidebar, within the Preferences window, open Privacy and
Security.
Click on Cookies.
While in the Cookies window, click Enable cookies for the originating Web
site only.
Click the Okay button to exit the window.
You can change your cookie setting to promt you when these forums are
wanting to store a cookie.
While in the Cookies window, click Warn me before storing a cookie.
Version 4.x - Windows Users
Click on the Edit menu on the Netscape tool bar.
Highlight and click on Preferences at the bottom of the Edit menu.
In Category sidebar, within the Preferences window, open Advanced.
Click on Cookies.
While in the Cookies section, click Accept only cookies that get sent back
to the originating server.
Click the Okay button to exit the window.

While in the Cookies window, click Warn me before accepting a cookie.
Mozilla
Using the Cookie Manager, you can specify how cookies should be handled by
setting your cookie preferences.
Open the Edit menu and choose Preferences.
Under the Privacy & Security category, choose Cookies. (If no
subcategories are visible, double-click the category to expand the list.)
Click one of the radio buttons: Enable cookies for the originating web site only: Choose this if you
don't want to accept or return Foreign cookies. Enable all cookies: Choose this to permit all web sites to set
cookies on your computer and receive them back during subsequent visits.
If you want to be notified when a web site tries to set a cookie, select Warn
me before storing a cookie.To customize your privacy settings for individual
Web sites
Open the Tasks menu, choose Privacy & Security, and then choose Cookie
Manager.
Choose Unblock Cookies from this Site.
Opera Browsers
Version 5.01 - Windows Users
Click on the File menu on the Opera tool bar.
Highlight and click on Preferences at the bottom of the File menu.
In sidebar, within the Preferences window, click Privacy.
In Privacy window, select Only accept cookies for the server from the
second pull-down menu.
