Gary Numan at Glastonbury

Gary Numan at Glastonbury

Gary Numan at Glastonbury - Yes, and what a debut it was! On Saturday, June 28, 2025, Gary Numan finally took to the Park Stage at Glastonbury, delivering a set that was both sonically ferocious and emotionally charged.

He opened with Halo and powered through a setlist that spanned decades—from early synth-pop anthems like Cars and Are ‘Friends’ Electric? to darker, more recent tracks like Haunted and The Chosen. The performance was visually striking too, with crucifix imagery, and a band styled like a post-apocalyptic cult.

Adding a personal touch, Numan brought his daughters Raven and Persia onstage, Raven joined her father to perform one of her upcoming songs, “Nothing’s What It Seems” she also shared a clip of the performance in a recent Instagram post. In the caption, she wrote, “No big deal but I just played a song (I wrote 3 years ago) at Glastonbury. Thank you so much for such an incredible opportunity ❤️‍ currently the happiest person on the planet, I love you dad :)” Raven started her music career in 2024 and has since officially released six songs that follow in the same realm of her dad. He was then joined by his other daughter, Persia who performed “My Name Is Ruin” from his 2017 album, Savage (Songs From a Broken World). Persia was featured in the original music video for “My Name Is Ruin” and even contributed to some of the vocals. Gary was clearly moved by the crowd’s warm reception to he's daughters. And yes, in a perfect twist of fate, he performed Down in the Park on The Park stage.

It was a long-awaited moment for Numanoids, he didn’t just meet expectations he exceled them. lets hope the lovely Glastonbury people invite him back.
